My vision
When I am looking for flow, I develop my bike Enduro passion. All-day trip, mountains, climbs, exploring new lines, shredding down the trails, riding wheel to wheel. Route planning, effort to climb to the peak, overcoming your own weaknesses, reaching the unreachable…
Finally, the descent, where the action takes place … concentration, emotions, goal orientation… I start and things are getting serious quickly, I pass trees faster and faster, what is nearly losing its sharpness … but I look far ahead to choose the perfect line, so that I would not be surprised by a fallen tree, a sharp stone or just the remains of yesterday’s storm… to warn those following me.
Along the way, looking for alternative trails, new places that will let me explore new lines, allow to develop skills, motivate to make maximum effort…
Sometimes a slight correction allows you to get back on the track, but sometimes you have to leave the trail to avoid obstacles you can not pass effectively. The most important thing is to reach your destination safely… not to expose your equipment excessively. There are still some trails to explore…

What I do
For last 15 years I implement strategic projects for leaders in the medical industry. I manage medical networks, clinics, hospitals, and senior care centers in Poland and Europe. I advise management boards, owners and investment funds. I specialize in the implementation and commercialization of modern technologies and innovative products used in Poland for the first time.
I co-founded the first private centers of nuclear medicine and interventional neuroradiology in Poland. I was responsible for greenfield investments in the area of diagnostic imaging and senior care.
I have direct experience in cooperation with investment funds, owners, banks and the commercialization of a start-up.
I create management systems, build efficient organizational structures, and support the maximization of the potential of the organizations I am working for. I build professional and multidisciplinary teams, support product & services development, improving companies by optimizing and streamlining operations.
